Dear Dermatology Colleague, As we begin the new year, I bring you greetings. Our Society has a full agenda for the 2008-2009 term. In addition to our regular meetings, the 86th Atlantic Dermatological Conference will convene in Baltimore, MD. Please note that the conference is scheduled April 3-5, 2009, rather than in May. With close proximity of the meeting site and to support the Maryland Dermatologic Society, please plan to attend. Since January 2008, the CME accreditation process has changed nationally. Now, individual Dermatology Societies are now responsible for arranging their own CME credits. Doctors Alan Moschell and Vincenzo Giannelli are working diligently with the Washington Hospital Center to provide CME credits for our Society. We appreciate their ongoing efforts and will inform the membership as soon as word is received. Membership dues will remain unchanged. The fee is nominal, considering the excellent programs organized by the participating institutions and residents. The Society would appreciate dues payment in a timely manner. We encourage you to attend the meetings and stay involved, and you are invited to bring a Dermatology colleague. To join, applications are available from the phone and fax numbers above.
